Best stay of our UK trip. The apartment had an abundance of space. Very modern and had all the required amenities. Shops are a 5 min walk and conveniently located! Host was very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful!

Perfect even for one night. A lot more on offer than what you would get in a hotel.

Excellent flat, enormous beds and has Sky TV! Really enjoyed our stay, easy to travel into London and the team were very accommodating and offered us another parking space as we had 2 cars. Thank you!

The host was so accommodating providing a cot and feeding chair for our daughter. The location was central and was convenient for shopping and grabbing dinner. The apartment was clean and comfortable and spacious. We would definitely recommend others staying here.

Fabulous family friendly apartment perfectly placed for our visit to WB Studio Tour. Property was spacious and spotless. Milk & water in the fridge was a much appreciated touch and communication with the owners was really great. Oh and the shower was awesome!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Martins Appartment. Es ist sehr groß und großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren dort mit unseren drei Kindern und Martin und sein Team haben sich noch um Babystuhl und Babybett gekümmert. Milch, Wasser und Müsli standen auch bereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit netten Restaurants in der Nähe. Es war ideal, um die Harry Potter Tour zu erreichen und am nächsten Tag mit dem Zug (der Bahnhof ist nur 700m entfernt) ganz entspannt nach London reisen zu können. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely spacious apartment, spotlessly clean. Everything you need available – iron, hairdryer.. etc. Left tea, coffee, milk and even choice of cereals for breakfast. Nice location with view over canal. Lovely host, very easy to deal with.

Great size rooms and very handy for Harry Potter tour, also very convenient for getting into London (5 mins to train station and 20 mins to Euston station). Had everything you needed to look after the family for a few days.

What was really great was that there is a lift up to the flat meaning that my sister and I who are both on crutches due to a genetic disorder didn’t have to use the stairs. I had a question about parking while I was staying there and the response I got was very prompt. Would recommend and stay again.

Great flat in a lovely peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Spacious apartment with thoughtful touches such as cereals, milk water tea etc. Martin could not have been more helpful and even provided a camp bed for our son and a DVD player. Lovely canal location and great local restaurants. We really enjoyed both the Italian and Indian restaurants that were 2 mins walk away. Highly recommended

A wonderful luxury apartment with all the mod-cons. Fantastic apartment, it had everything we needed, it was very clean and all the fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed for a short stay, including a well equipped kitchen and two fantastic bathrooms. The Sky TV and wifi were definitely a bonus when travelling with children! The host was friendly and waiting for us when we arrived, it was no trouble for him to show around and told us everything we needed to know and then left us to enjoy our stay, he had also contacted us earlier in the day to ask us how we would like the beds configured, which was really thoughtful. I would certainly recommend this apartment without any hesitation.

This flat was immaculate, spacious and well equipped. Very comfy beds and high quality facilities. Great to have parking and was a great location for visiting Harry Potter world and London. The location does have traffic noise with the windows open but still a highly recommended choice.

Absolutely incredibly stylish we had a lovely view off the balcony in the evening and the place was spotless. Both host and their check in lady are lovely and easy to contact.

We loved it here! We had a weekend booked for skiing with my wife and our son at the nearby indoor snow center. This was the perfect place for us, very new, modern and clean. The host was very nice and helpful showing us around on arrival. The apartment was very well equipped. We planned to cook and there was everything we needed in the drawers. Beds were comfy and clean, bathrooms were perfect. If we ever came back to the area again, I’d 100% book this again! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

A great apartment in a very convenient location for getting the train in to London and also for visiting Harry Potter Studios. On-site parking and only a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in an excellent location for us. We were attending a wedding at Shendish Manor and wanted somewhere nearby as we had young children with us. The location was great – lovely views of the Marina, walk along the canal, great amenities and a play park close by too. The apartment is lovely and spacious, big rooms, warm, secure and very well equipped. There was milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal – it was a real bonus. Great communication with Martin and his team – thank you!

The booking was easy and we had excellent and speedy communication with Martin both before and throughout our stay. The flat is really well located for some of the main attractions in and around Hemel Hempstead; it is far larger than we expected with a really good sized open-plan kitchen and living room and two very generous bedrooms with two bathrooms. Everything seemed quite new and the only questions we had related to some maintenance issues which Martin dealt with really quickly.
