Our apartment was very comfortable – we felt very relaxed there knowing that Martin, the owner, was around for any questions etc. He was efficient and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you Martin and see you again next year sometime!

Great town centre location, easy road access into Watford for us, nice touches at the apartment such as water bottles, milk and mini variety cereal boxes. Great shower, great sound proofing in the apartment. Fresh & soft linen, well stocked kitchen, and a hoover to keep on top of crumbs with the kids!

A great location, great price and a friendly host in Martin. We cherished the stay there and it had all the facilities. We would strongly recommend them for any Hemel Hempstead stay needs.

Comfortable apartment, good facilities, complimentary toiletries, milk, cereal, tea bags, coffee, water – handy as it was particularly hot weather! TV with Sky channels, well equipped kitchen. Good location in town (opposite shopping centre) and easy to reach from motorway.

A home away from home … Start to finish .. exceptional! Great communications with the host & his staff who were courteous, polite, & friendly. We were met at the property, showed around the apartment and told us about places worth a visit. A spotless apartment with parking in a central location will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Thank you guys

A great location for the north London, M25 area. We were working in 4 different locations as essential workers and this suited our purpose … everything you need, kitchen, Wifi and an added bonus, Sky TV. One bedroom is en-suite and the other isn’t but there is a second bathroom. The beds are big, very comfortable and most important smelt clean, like bedding at home. All in all a great apartment in a great location with a great host.

When working away l always use Airbnb. But nothing was available. I’m glad as l found this apartment on booking.com. Booked a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed. When Martin phoned and found out it was two of us working, he upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment. Spotless. Well furnished. WiFi and Sky including movies and sport. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal, including dish washer and washing machine complete with tablets and powder.

Clean, tidy and equipped with everything you could need. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Their communication … was fantastic, they very quickly arranged for my room to be ready at 10am as opposed to the standard 2pm.

The location and space were brilliant. The beds were very comfortable. It had an ensuite and a main bathroom, which was great as we were a group of 3 kids 3 adults. We used this as our base for visiting Harry Potter World. It was perfectly situated less than 15 minutes and 3 roads away. Will definitely use again.

Wonderful stay, wonderful host!  It was easy to check-in. The host was professional, courteous, friendly. He offered suggestions for dinner and safe walk paths (no traffic) to get there with small kids. Had bottled water, milk, and cereal there for us. Very thoughtful. We had a lovely stay. Our only regret is we only stayed 1 night.

Amazing, highly recommended. Martin was such a brilliant host he went above and beyond to help us get into the flat with ease. With 4 kids the twins been only 19 months nothing is easy but he made it just that. They made sure there were 2 highchairs and 2 travel cots for them which most places don’t even allow. Would highly recommend to anyone location is great we went for the Harry Potter tour and it literally takes 10 mins to get too thank you so much

Good location and nice quiet, peaceful and relaxing apartment for a family of 4. Martin was a great host, meeting my family and I on arrival, he showed the children the important things, like Sky TV! Martin took time to enquire about our visit to help us with those extras, such as where restaurants etc could be found and which he recommended! We stayed to take our daughter to the Harry Potter … and the location was perfect for this. We enjoyed our walk into town and found everything we needed. Sadly she did not want to go to the Turkish restaurant, shame, so we went to Pizza Express and Sprinkles opposite for pudding! We walked to the Ice Rink and there were lots of restaurant choices here.

Superb home from home. Our second stay at Oval View. Apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean and equipped with all the appliances you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, a huge plus for longer stays. The owner provides tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk, dishwasher tabs, surface cleaning cloths and washing machine tablets. As our stay was longer than a week every five days the apartment was serviced, with towels and bed linen changed too. It’s a five min walk into town and a five min drive to the station, trains to London run about every 20 mins.

Everything! The host, Martin met us at the property with the keys. He was very helpful and I cannot say enough to praise this property, all excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Great option for families on short stay. Plenty of space. 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Convenient kitchen with mod cons. Heaters in rooms. Great value for money. Much cheaper than a hotel for the same number of people. Onsite parking included.

Pristine modern apartment with comfortable living arrangements. Sleeps 6 well. Car probably necessary but safe private parking on site. Perfect location for our Warner Brothers tour. Martin was a great host who allowed us to collect the keys early so we could enjoy our first day and do some sightseeing. Tea, coffee, milk and water on arrival was a lovely touch! Thanks.

Located next to the KD Tower and within walking distance to a large shopping centre the location was great! Apartment was clean and tidy – perfect for our short stay.
