Please note that prices for one-bed apartments / flats are based on two guests staying, and prices on two-bed apartments are based on 4 guests staying. There is a supplementary charge of £13 per guest per night in excess of standard numbers (no supplemental charge will be made for children up to age 2 years). Please note that supplementary charges are quoted ex-VAT.  A cleaning charge of £40 per apartment will also be applied where guest numbers exceed standard occupancy, according to apartment type.
