Do you have a property you wish to rent but worried about the potential risks?

We supply short-term rented accommodation to local businesses and other visitors to Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding area and we are currently looking to take on more properties.

As a landlord putting a quality property onto the open rental market, you are exposed to a number of risks: quality of tenant, non-payment of rent, care of the property/building, gaps in tenancies, and so on.

We offer an attractive alternative. Firstly, our guests expect to arrive to a property in excellent condition, so we take very good care of your property at all times. When guests are in residence, our housekeeper goes in 2-3 times every week to clean the apartment. This enables us to keep a close eye on what is happening in our apartments at all times, and also gives us the opportunity to quickly pick up on any repair or decoration requirements.

We are happy to rent your apartment on a 3–5 year lease, (or whatever shorter term you may prefer). We pay market rents (minus the estate agent portion as we only deal direct with landlords).
